Caitlin customizes each massage session to fit her client's needs. She specializes in combining targeted deep tissue work with the relaxation techniques of a traditional Swedish massage. Shiatsu, acupressure, myofacial release, reflexology and trigger point work are some of the other modalities she is happy to utilize in order to help her clients feel better and attain optimal health.

When working with clients, Caitlin combines everything she know about human anatomy and physiology (from her background in clinical massage and Chinese medicine) with her love of movement, calisthenics, and circuit training. Whether you book a one-on-one session, or want to work out with your friends in the comfort of your own house, on the trails or at the beach, Caitlin will put it all together to help you achieve your specific fitness + wellness goals, and help you get the most out of the life you want to live.


Traditionally, yoga was taught in this teacher to student manner, and whether you are a beginner or experienced yoga practitioner, the individualized yoga sessions are the most efficient way to deepen your practice. During a one-on-one session, the student and teacher can design a practice with a specific lens or intention. This focused exchange of energy allows students the opportunity to nurture their body, mind and spirit in the areas they choose to explore, set goals whether physical, spiritual or emotional and take their practice to the net level.  Private instruction is an investment in your journey towards living a wholehearted life.
