This summer, Caitlin will be teaching weekly classes at the prestigious Westmoor Club in Nantucket June 10th - September 2nd, 2024 but is also available for private and semi-private classes by appointment any time of year.

Mondays at 11am: Power Yoga (heated)

Intermediate to advanced students will enjoy an invigorating physical yoga practice themed around the energy of the sun. This class will teach you to tap into the radiant heat that runs through your body to revitalize your spirit and soul. Solar Flow is designed to feel uplifting and invigorating. Following our warm up, a strong standing sequence will challenge stability and increase mobility. Classes wrap up with seated postures, back bends, and basic inversions to cultivate an overall sense of steadiness and ease in the body. Students should have 5-10 yoga classes under their belt before joining in, but students of ALL levels are welcome.

Mondays at 11am for members of the Westmoor and available for everyone on demand any time.

Wednesdays at 11am: Vinyasa Flow (warmed)

This derivative of traditional Hatha yoga primary focus is to link movement to the breath. Vinyasa classes flow together with creatively sequenced transitions, and bring attention to both the poses and the space between. Incorporating a variety of breathing techniques, students strengthen and refine their commitment to alignment  as well as the art of mindfulness. This practice is aimed at a wide range of practitioners, with a moderately vigorous level of intensity. Modifications are offered to make the practice more accessible or more challenging.

Wednesdays at 11am for members of the Westmoor and Available for everyone on demand any time

Fridays at 11am: Mellow Flow (non-heated)

Melt away stress and muscle tension with this delicious practice that combines movement, restorative yoga postures and meditation. The class will begin with gentle movement of the spine and major joints to promote flexibility, mobility, and energetic flow. Longer held restorative postures help release stress, muscle tension, repair muscle fibers, and promote weight loss. Guided meditation calms the mind and deepens its connection to the body. Fridays at 11am for members of the Westmoor and Available for everyone on demand any time

YOGA FOR CANCER CARE

A two time cancer survivor herself, Caitlin brings a genuine love to this special bi-weekly free class. This practice is for those navigating cancer as well as their loved ones.

Open to anyone in any stage of the process: diagnosis, treatment and recovery and their family members with ZERO prior yoga experience necessary. Students are encouraged to use supportive props they can find at home: pillows, blankets, towels, eye pillows, etc. to have the most relaxing experience.

These classes are 100% FREE for patients and their caregivers.
