Caitlin is a yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, indoor cycling instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and paddle coach, based in Nantucket, MA. She is the founder of Strong Girls Yoga and owner of Paddle Nantucket.
She teaches regularly at The Westmoor Club, Nantucket Cycling + Fitness, The Graceline Institute and the Great Harbor Yacht Club, all on the island of Nantucket. Additionally, Caitlin is an artist-in-residence at Thames Street Yoga in Newport, RI, where she teaches monthly workshops and travels frequently to teach master classes throughout New England.
After being a pilgrim on the Prana Flow® path for over a decade, Caitlin, became a senior Prana Vinyasa teacher in 2016 and is deeply honored to be part of the global Prana Vinyasa Tribe as an assistant to Shiva Rea. As a yoga teacher, Caitlin is known for her unique synthesis of asana and dance (BA, Dance and Choreography, Bard College, The Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts), and for infusing her teaching with wisdom inspired by her triumph over multiple cancers.
In 2015 Caitlin was an honoree of the Massachusett’s General Hospital’s Cancer Center’s The One Hundred, which recognizes “100 Everyday Amazing individuals and groups each year who are changing how we fight cancer.” and she continues to advocate and support cancer patients through yoga and wellness mentorships.

Primarily teaching Prana Flow® Yoga, Caitlin has brought the transmissions of this lineage to multiple yoga festivals, including the LoveYoga Fest, Unifier Festival, and The Nantucket Yoga Festival. She was honored to be the 2015 regional headliner for the Maine Yoga Festival, and a 2016 featured presenter at The Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon in recognition of her inspiring teaching style and ability to connect large groups of students to the practice.
In 2014 Caitlin opened Paddle Nantucket, which offers an array of SUP Yoga classes and private paddle coaching, on Nantucket’s calm north shore waters. When she’s not racing around Nantucket on her road bike or paddle board, Caitlin is available for wellness coaching and therapeutic massage sessions. She specializes in combining Deep Tissue with Swedish relaxation techniques, and customizes each of her client’s sessions to attain their specific treatment goals.
Caitlin has been featured in N Magazine, Mantra Magazine and Origins Magazine for her work as a cancer activist and advocate and her writing has been published on elephant journal and RebelleSociety.com. You can read excerpts from those pieces here.
More recently, Caitlin has added certifications in Spinning (2016) and Personal Training (2017) to her resume, while continuing to study Prana Vinyasa Yoga with her primary teacher, Shiva Rea. She is thrilled to be a part of Shiva’s online school, YogaAlchemy, where she teaches a class for yogis navigating cancer treatment.
