Caitlin is a Amesbury-based yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, and strength coach with over two decades of experience. A Yoga Alliance certified eRYT-500 and YACEP, she holds additional certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes. She has trained extensively with Shiva Rea as well as Seane Corn, Erich Schiffmann, Kathryn Budig, Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman, Andre Ram and Annie Carpenter. Rooted for many years in the Prana Flow® path, she brings a fluid, wave-like approach to vinyasa—where asana meets dance, devotion, and embodied storytelling.
Her classes are rooted in a fluid, dance-informed approach to vinyasa — shaped by her background in dance and choreography (BA, Bard College; The Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts). Students can expect intelligent sequencing, attention to rhythm as much as anatomy, and movement with meaning.
A multiple cancer survivor, Caitlin's teaching is grounded in lived experience. In 2015, she was honored by MGH Cancer Center's The One Hundred for her advocacy work, and she continues to support people navigating cancer through yoga, strength training, and therapeutic bodywork. Her work has been featured in N Magazine, Mantra Magazine, and Origins Magazine.
A frequent guest teacher across New England, she has taught at festivals including the Maine Yoga Festival, LoveYoga Fest, and the Unifier Festival, and the 2016 Yoga Reaches Out Yogathon at Gillette Stadium. She currently teaches on the Seacoast & North Shore at Bryony Body and RISEiliance Yoga, and serves on faculty for Nove Yoga's 200-hour Teacher Training program on Cape Cod.
Whether guiding intimate studio classes, teacher trainings, private clients, or large festival gatherings, Caitlin creates spaces that are devotional, dynamic, and deeply human.
