Caitlin is a North Shore–based yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, strength and conditioning coach, and cancer thriver devoted to teaching movement as a living, breathing art form. Rooted for many years in the Prana Flow® path, she brings a fluid, wave-like approach to vinyasa—where asana meets dance, devotion, and embodied storytelling.

With a background in dance and choreography (BA, Bard College; The Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts), Caitlin is known for her seamless fusion of yoga and expressive movement. Her classes are rhythmic, soulful, and intelligently sequenced—inviting students to move energy, build resilience, and inhabit their strength with grace.Maine Yoga Festival

A multiple cancer survivor, Caitlin’s work is informed by lived experience. In 2015, she was honored by Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center’s ThUnifier Festival e One Hundred for her advocacy, and she continues to mentor and support individuals navigating cancer through yoga, strength training, and therapeutic bodywork. Her work has been featured in N Magazine, Mantra Magazine, and Origins Magazine.

Unifier Festival She has been a visiting teacher at studios all over New England and remains a frequent guest at The Yoga Loft in Marblehead, MA. Over the years, Caitlin has taught at multiple yoga festivals, including the LoveYoga Fest on Cape Cod, Unifier Festival in CT and was honored to be a regional headliner for the Maine Yoga Festival in Portland in 2015. She was a featured presenter at the 2016 Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon at Gillette Stadium.

After many beautiful years on Nantucket, Caitlin recently relocated to the North Shore of Massachusetts, where she teaches at Bryony Body and RISEiliance Yoga. She also serves on faculty at Nove Yoga as part of their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, mentoring the next generation of teachers with clarity, creativity, and heart.

Whether guiding intimate studio classes, teacher trainings, private clients, or large festival gatherings, Caitlin creates spaces that are devotional, dynamic, and deeply human.
