Caitlin is a senior Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, based in Nantucket, MA. She teaches regularly at both the GraceLine Institute and the Westmoor Club. As an artist-in-residence she teaches monthly at the Thames Street Yoga studio in Newport, RI, and travels frequently to teach workshops and master classes throughout New England.

After being a pilgrim on the Prana Flow® path for over a decade, Caitlin, a senior Prana Vinyasa teacher,  is deeply honored to be part of the global Prana Vinyasa Tribe and an assistant to Shiva Rea in service to the Prana Flow® Teacher Training program. As a yoga teacher, Caitlin is known for her unique synthesis of asana and dance (BA, Dance and Choreography, Bard College, The Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts), and for infusing her teaching with wisdom inspired by her triumph over multiple cancers.

In 2015 Caitlin was an honoree of the Massachusett’s General Hospital’s Cancer Center’s The One Hundred, which recognizes “100 Everyday Amazing individuals and groups each year who are changing how we fight cancer.” and she continues to advocate and support cancer patients through yoga and wellness mentorships.

Primarily teaching Prana Flow® Yoga, Caitlin has brought the transmissions of this lineage to multiple yoga festivals, including the LoveYoga Fest, Unifier Festival, and The Nantucket Yoga Festival. She was honored to be the 2015 regional headliner for the Maine Yoga Festival, and a 2016 featured presenter at The Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon in recognition of her inspiring teaching style and ability to connect large groups of students to the practice.

While known mostly as a yoga teacher, Caitlin has been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist for over 15 years. Specializing in combining Deep Tissue and Swedish relaxation techniques, Caitlin customizes each session to attain her clients' specific treatment goals. She holds space for their unique lifestyle needs as well their physical, emotional and spiritual orientation.

More recently, Caitlin has added certifications in Spinning (2016) and Personal Training (2017) to her resume, while continuing to study Prana Vinyasa Yoga with her primary teacher, Shiva Rea.
