TESTAMONIALS

In my 20+ years as an elite coach, yoga educator, and movement specialist, only a handful of times have I encountered an influential game changer like Caitlin. Very few in this field possess the natural and learned depth of knowledge, experience, and skill she brings to clients and classes. She's an athlete's athlete, a national-calibre curator of programming, and a fun and dynamic presence that leaves people exceeding goals and wanting more.

~Leslee Schenk Trzcinski, former professional and Nike sponsored athlete, world championship medalist, and Olympic Committee advisor; owner TUNE Yoga for Sports; curator of Yoga4Athletes training Caitlin mastered.

Caitlin is absolutely masterful in all that she offers. I have been blessed to know her and benefit from her exquisite work for over a decade. As a massage therapist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher, Ciatlin brings to her work a level of skill that is unlike any other. Hers is true artistry. Indeed, with a background in performance art and endurance sport, a session with Caitlin is an experience of inspiration and empowerment. I always emerge from her work feeling a greater sense of faith in my own body. Blending science, decades of personal practice, and art, a session with Caitlin is the most beautiful gift you can give yourself. I cannot recommend her work more highly.

Meet caitlin.

Caitlin brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and athletic credentials to her coaching, bridging traditional Eastern yoga and Western anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, to help serious athletes and active adults train smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best for the long haul.

She is an e-RYT 500 yoga instructor, YACEP, licensed clinical massage therapist, and certified personal trainer. An avid road, gravel, and mountain bike cyclist she lives the work she teaches.

Her unique approach to coaching combines three complementary elements: yoga to improve mobility and body awareness, strength training to build stability and durability, and clinical bodywork to address pain, tension, and movement restrictions. Together, they don’t just address symptoms—they build a resilient body that keeps showing up.

Whether she's designing a strength & mobility program for a cyclist fighting glute weakness and hip flexor tightness, delivering targeted bodywork to a competitive golfer, or helping an active mother of 3 finally get out from under chronic lower back pain, Caitlin treats every client as the athlete they are.

Based on the North Shore of Massachusetts and serving the NH Seacoast, she works with weekend warriors, cyclists, runners, CrossFit athletes, surfers, and racket sport players who want to train hard, recover quickly, and keep doing what they love for decades to come.
