Caitlin Marcoux is a North Shore–based strength coach, yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, with more than two decades of experience. She brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and athletic prowess to her coaching, blending traditional yoga and Eastern philosophy with Western anatomy, physiology, and biomechanical alignment, to help serious athletes and active adults train smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best for the long haul.

Drawing on a deep understanding of the body from decades of clinical bodywork, Caitlin helps clients learn to lift heavy, build cardiovascular endurance and muscular durability, and improve joint mobility to meet the demands of an active life.

A Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Caitlin has trained with many of the field’s most respected teachers and has taught and mentored students throughout New England.

As a multiple cancer survivor, Caitlin’s understanding of the body is grounded in personal challenges and lived experience. In 2015, she was honored by Mass General Cancer Center as one of The One Hundred for her advocacy in the cancer community. She continues to support people navigating cancer through movement and understands firsthand what it takes to rebuild health and vitality from the ground up.

Over the past twenty years, Caitlin’s career has woven together athletic conditioning, spin instruction, and fitness entrepreneurship, including founding and operating Paddle Nantucket, a boutique paddleboarding and SUP yoga school.

Today, Caitlin works with athletes and active adults on Massachusetts’ North Shore and New Hampshire Seacoast. Whether the goal is to get stronger, move without pain, return to a favorite sport, or stay capable for the decades ahead, her focus is simple: build a body that is strong, mobile, adaptable, and ready for whatever comes next.
