Train Smarter. Move Better. Recover Faster.

One coach. Three disciplines.

PERSONAL TRAINING

You've never had a coach who already knows your body. Until now.

Most trainers don't know how your hip flexors behave under load. They haven't felt where you hold tension, watched how your shoulders compensate, or seen what your mobility actually looks like in a yoga class or on the bike.

Caitlin focuses her lens on the body from vantage points — the clinical eye of a massage therapist, the movement knowledge of a seasoned yoga teacher, and the programming instincts of a strength coach. That combination means she sees things in your body that a single-discipline trainer simply won't.

Which means your programming isn't generic. It's built around how your body actually moves, where it's limited, and what it needs to perform better and break down less.

Whether you're training in person, or remotely at home — Caitlin builds sessions around your sport, your goals, and your body. Not a template.

PRIVATE YOGA

Private yoga instruction is the fastest way to actually progress — no waiting for the class to catch up, no modifications shouted across a crowded room.

Each session is built around you: your sport, your limitations, your goals. Whether you're working on mobility for a specific movement pattern, recovering from injury, or just trying to understand why your hamstrings are always the problem — a one-on-one session cuts straight to it.

Caitlin brings the same anatomical rigor to private yoga that she brings to her strength and bodywork sessions. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what your body is doing, why, and what to do about it.

THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK

Caitlin's massage work is clinical first, but never one-size-fits-all. Each session is built around what your body actually needs — whether that's targeted deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, or a more integrated approach that combines several modalities. She reads the table well and adjusts accordingly.
