Groove + Gratitude: Electric Flow Yoga with DJ Todd the Rocket

Keep the gratitude flowing all Thanksgiving Weekend! Nantucket natives Caitlin & Todd will team up once again with even more groove + gratitude on Saturday the 24th at Graceline on Main Street.

Todd The Rocket,  will offer up some deep grooves, on the turn tables while Caitlin, who's roots are grounded in modern dance and PranaFlow will encourage you to dig in deep, tap into your primal rhythms and creative juices.

Use creatively sequenced waves of energetic vinyasa asana to explore your physical and subtle body, and let yourself be guided by the Rocket’s supportive live DJ stylings.  Practice will close with a guided meditation on gratitude lead by GraceLine director Mickeala Grace.
