The Places in Between: a Slow Flow Experience
Come explore the in-between places; the moments that happen in transition between asanas, and the beauty of nuanced self-expression, in this down-tempo Slow Flow master class. This Prana Vinyasa inspired workshop is open to any student with a desire to deepen their somatic experience of lunar yogasana. Our practice will focus on linking hip-opening and heart-opening postures with Chandra Namaskar and other lyrical namaskars in a deliberately and meticulously decelerated way, so that a profound technical understanding of the postures can be explored and greater attention can be paid to the psychosomatic experience therein.

Sweet N’ Low Yoga Flow
Find the honey in your hips, in this low-to-the-ground, silky smooth vinyasa master class. Come explore the relationship between your hamstrings and your lower back as you fold in deep, caramelize resistance in your lower body and melt tension in your hip-flexor tendons. Framed inside the intention of connecting to Earth and her source energy, Caitlin will guide you through a challenging and thoughtfully sequenced practice.

Caitlin will lead you gently into the space of your heart while helping you to refine the art of bending over backwards with intention and mindfulness.
